THE POSITION


We are looking for a qualified individual to join the Part Sales team as a Part Sales Coordinator. The successful individual will be responsible for providing support to the department through processing incoming purchase orders and always guaranteeing customer satisfaction.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


  • Calculate complete invoices and price and arrange and process payment for customers.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, packing slips, invoices, shipping requests and other supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the Material Control department to ensure all orders are shipped on a timely basis.
  • Make shipping arrangements with customers or freight forwarders and coordinate logistics with couriers for outgoing parts.
  • Communicate with courier companies to resolve any clearance delays on shipped orders.
  • Provide post-sale customer service as required.
  • Audit daily production of transactions and reports.
  • Ensure inventory stock levels are consistent with department requirements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE


  • Minimum 1-year experience in administration or related field.
  • Completion of high school diploma.
  • Experience using inventory related software, such as WinAir, considered an asset.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Suite).
  • Candidates must be eligible to work for a Canadian company, provide a clear criminal background check and show proof of Vaccination for Covid-19.
