Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Carrying out all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
Perform quality checks on sales transactions and release active orders.
Processing of booked sales orders.
Processing of returns and credit transactions.
Follow up with customers on pending order status.
Auditing of daily production of transactions and reports.
Provide oversight on current customer contracts.
Ensuring inventory stock levels are consistent with department requirements.
Other duties as assigned by management, and
Travel may be required.
Completion of post-secondary, vocational, or technical training.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills (both cold calling on the phone and in person).
Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment and can also work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining sales targets.
The ability to use Internet and MS Office efficiently with advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Excel.
Holds a valid driver’s license.
All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel abroad unrestricted. Candidates must be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
