Job Description:

We are currently accepting applications to fill an available position at our main facility located in North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintaining direct contact with customers before and after the sale.
  • Responding to all requests in a timely manner and ensuring that all necessary and available resources are put forth to meet the customer requirements.
  • Monitoring and updating outstanding requests.
  • Generating new business using internal resources.
  • Traveling to customer locations or trade shows to enhance business relations.
  • 24 hour/7 days per week on call rotation.


  • Completion of post-secondary, vocational, or technical training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills regarding both cold calling and customer on site visits.
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment and can also work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining sales targets.
  • Excellent computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency of various software programs including Microsoft Office. Advanced skills in the use of Excel is preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel abroad unrestricted. In addition, candidates must also be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
