We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an available position at our main facility located in North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Conducting initial, annual, type and requalification training sessions for aircraft types and other required courses.
Completing, updating, and reviewing Flight Attendant training records as directed.
Providing recommendations of amendment to training programs and training material as necessary, and liaising with department personnel as required.
Coordinating in-flight training to occur in the field.
Innovating new processes, training methods and techniques.
Maintaining familiarity and knowledge of applicable CARs, CASS, TP standards, operation standards, and company manuals.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Other associated duties as assigned.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates fluent in English and French.
Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel unrestricted. In addition, candidates must also be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
Related work experience in an aviation environment, flight attendant role, and First Aid Instructor with the Canadian Red Cross considered an asset.
Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience.
