Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill an available position at our main facility located in North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Conducting initial, annual, type and requalification training sessions for aircraft types and other required courses.
  • Completing, updating, and reviewing Flight Attendant training records as directed.
  • Providing recommendations of amendment to training programs and training material as necessary, and liaising with department personnel as required.
  • Coordinating in-flight training to occur in the field.
  • Innovating new processes, training methods and techniques.
  • Maintaining familiarity and knowledge of applicable CARs, CASS, TP standards, operation standards, and company manuals.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Other associated duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Strong consideration will be given to candidates fluent in English and French.
  • Excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel unrestricted. In addition, candidates must also be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
  • Related work experience in an aviation environment, flight attendant role, and First Aid Instructor with the Canadian Red Cross considered an asset.
  • Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience.
