Job Description:

We are currently accepting applications to fill an available position at our main facility located in North Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Procuring material to support the company's operations, and liaising with various company personnel on the timely acquisition of material.
  • Ensuring that all purchased material is accompanied by the appropriate certification in accordance with company requirements, and that a current Material Safety Data Sheet is on file for all requisitioned material as required.
  • Responding to requests in a timely manner and ensuring that all necessary and available resources are put forth to meet required delivery timelines and/or company priorities.
  • Monitoring and updating outstanding requests.
  • Must be available to participate on the after-hours on call roster.


  • Completion of post-secondary school, vocational, or technical training.
  • Must have demonstrated inventory management or purchasing experience.
  • Excellent computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • All candidates must possess a valid passport and be able to travel abroad unrestricted. In addition, candidates must also be eligible to work for a Canadian company.
  • Other related experience is an asset.
